Weddfin helps couples manage wedding finances and planning. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Google account information: your name, email address, and profile picture provided when you sign in with Google.
• Event data: budget, venue, gift, guest, notes, and files that you add to Weddfin.
• Technical data: basic information needed to secure the service, maintain sign-in sessions, and improve the service.

How we use information

We use information to:

• create and manage your account and events;
• display the data you save and the share links you create;
• store venue files that you upload; and
• secure and improve Weddfin.

Weddfin does not use Google data for advertising or sell personal data. Google access is used only for account authentication.

Storage and third parties

Application data is stored with database and object storage providers used to operate Weddfin. Sign-in is processed through Google OAuth. These providers are used only for application operations and security.

Share links

When you create a public share link, the selected sections can be viewed by anyone with the link. Do not include sensitive information in an event or share link.

Data retention and deletion

Data is stored while your account or event is in use. You can delete event data and files through the application. To request account deletion or help with personal data, contact us using the address below.
